NOTICE is hereby given that the Collin County Community College District Board of Trustees will hold a special emergency meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, in the Board Conference Room, Room #139 at the Collin Higher Education Center, 3452 Spur 399, McKinney, Texas 75069. |

In accordance with Texas Government Code section 551.045, an emergency or urgent public necessity exists that requires immediate action of the Board or an imminent threat to public health and safety or a reasonably unforeseeable situation exists, following the recent declarations of public health emergencies regarding the COVID-19 epidemic by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Texas, and our Collin County Judge. |

As required by state law, this meeting is open to the public, but please exercise public health precautions when considering whether to attend. The District may utilize social distancing efforts within the Board Conference Room to reduce physical proximity of attendees. |
