II. Closed Session:  The Safety and Security Committee will recess into a closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.. Texas Government Code Section 551.071; Education Code 37.109(d) Deliberation about security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; network security information described by Government Code section 2059.055(b); or the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices. Gov’t Code § 551.089.  Texas Gov't Code § 551.076; Security personnel or devices: Deliberation about a security audit or the deployment or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel devices, in closed session. No votes will be taken by the Committee.
