Chugach School District Mission Statement:  The Chugach School District is committed to developing and supporting a partnership with students, parents, community and business which equally shares the responsibility of empowering students to meet the needs of the ever changing world in which they live.  Students shall possess the academic and personal characteristics necessary to reach their full potential.  Students will contribute to their community in a manner that displays respect for human dignity and validates the history and culture of all ethnic groups.

Description:  Anna Dickason
Anna worked very hard to make sure our fall conferences were a success!  She set up the meetings with parents ahead of time, then made reminder calls the day of for each family's conference time.  Thanks to her work, we conferenced with 100% of our families this fall!
Anna also set up a visit from the public health nurse and coordinated the paperwork and numerous reschedulings to bring this service to our families.

Victor works hard to apply for grants and build partnerships to bring outdoor education opportunities to our students in Whittier.  This year he has worked with partners to purchase cross country skis for students to use and we are so grateful for his expertise, his commitment and his time.  Thank you Victor for going above and beyond for our students!

FOCUS Student Leadership
Thank you for your help with the Holiday Maker Fair.  Your volunteered time and participation in prep as well as the day of was incredibly helpful!  All who participated had a blast and we couldn't have done it without your help!  Also thank you for putting up the District Office Christmas decorations and tree!
