Description:
St. Anthony Village High School athletics and activities had a wonderful fall season. Many students and coaches have been recognized at both the conference, regionally, and state level. Although the board often recognizes students and staff at their regular meetings, due to schedule conflicts this meeting worked out best for all the students and coaches.

Gender Neutral Bathroom Grant Discussion Dr. Troy Urdahl

Description:
As the board can recall, Dr. Urdahl and his Facilities team applied for and received funding to support the construction of gender neutral bathrooms in the secondary school building. Unfortunately, the team found the grant will only be for $75,000 vs. the previously approved $150,000. Dr. Urdahl will share the process and updates regarding the grant. Dr. Urdahl will then be seeking insight and feedback from the school board for next steps.

Description:
Every January school boards engage in an "Organizational Meeting" where the board determines many crucial operations for proper board functioning. This is an opportunity for the school board to review these topics and start the discussion for final approval in January.

Description:
This is a two-fold agenda item. The first part will be for the school board to review previously shared data regarding Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Engagement (previously Worlds Best Workforce), ADSIS, and the Achievement/Integration program. This portion will be short-since the board has seen the majority of this data previously. More time will be dedicated to the Fall Update on both student and adult data. Students have been assessed in both FASTBridge and Panorama - this data will be shared alongside Effective Instruction implementation data. This is informational for the school board and does not require action.
