IV.A. Discussion and Possible Action to give the D'Hanis ISD Superintendent the authority to hire contractual personnel to be placed on an educator contract from May 19, 2026 to August 16, 2026.
IV.B. Consider/Approve giving the superintendent the authority to approve any necessary budget amendments for the 2025-2026 budget beginning June 1st and ending on July 19th.
IV.C. Consider/Approve that D'Hanis Independent School District Budget does not permit compliance with Senate Bill 546 mandating seat belts for every seat on every school bus through the purchase of new buses or the retrofitting of existing buses.
IV.D. Consider/Approve giving Jeanie Poppell a $1500.00 stipend for work outside of the school day.
IV.E. Convene into Executive Session as per Texas Government Code § 551.074
