Deliberation and possible action to authorize the District’s legal counsel to secure the services of one or more third-party contractors, including but not limited to contractors familiar with accounting and school business practices, and to take all other action reasonably necessary to develop a record for the Board to consider in a complaint filed under Board policy FNG(LOCAL).
