  1. Consultation with legal counsel regarding the District’s rights, obligations, and legal options concerning existing solar power purchase agreements, outstanding amounts, and potential relocation, removal, or termination of solar panel systems, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071.
  2. Consultation with Legal Counsel Regarding the District’s Preliminary 2025-2026 School FIRST Rating and Related Legal Options, Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071
