Description:
Pursuant to Board policy BED, the Board shall allow each member of the public who desires to address the Board regarding an item on an agenda for an open meeting of the Board to address the Board regarding the item at the meeting before or during the Board's consideration of the item. With the exception of Regular Board meetings, public testimony shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of this meeting. The Board shall not deliberate regarding any subject that is not included on the agenda posted with notice of this meeting. This is a time for the Board to stop, look, and listen to public comments. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes to address the Board.

Description:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) will allow the District to solicit a contract for 5 full-time armed personnel for the District as required by TEC §37.0814.
Once the RFPs are received, the ranking committee will assign points based on a point system that is specified in the RFP. A recommendation will be presented to the Board at the next Board meeting for contract approval. |
