Delegate authority to the Superintendent or her designee to rank and select one or more professional service providers for architectural/engineering services for design and contract administration as well as for any independent representative for design-build project(s) required under Texas Government Code Section 2269.305 for the Turf and related site improvements project in Prop B of the 2026 Bond pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 based on their demonstrated competence and qualifications, including possible delegation to the Superintendent to negotiate agreement(s) for future Board consideration and action.
