1. Discussion and possible action to approve the operational partnership charter and delegate authority to Superintendent to begin negotiating a performance agreement.
2. Consider and adopt a resolution directing the defeasance and/or redemption of certain of Marshall Independent School District's outstanding unlimited tax bonds on one or more occasions; appointing an authorized officer and delegating to the authorized officer the authority to make all determinations required to effectuate such defeasance and/or redemption; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject
3. Consider and take possible action to approve an Interest & Sinking Tax Rate that exceeds the minimum debt rate pursuant to Texas Tax Code §26.05 (a-1) and Texas Education Code §44.004
