XIII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve a Resolution Authorizing Disposition of District Property, including declaration of surplus property and delegation of authority for disposition of property by Administration.
XIV. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Blinn College for the ASCISD Early College and Dual Credit Program.
XV. Board will discuss, consider and take possible action to approve Local on System Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for a left turn lane on FM 149.
 
XVI. Board will consider approval of the district superintendent’s authority to authorize ASCISD Elementary School / Junior High School renovation items funded through the 2024 bond savings as funds are realized.
XVII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve Hourly Pay and Summer Work Calendar Resolution.
XVIII. Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Consultation with legal counsel regarding possible taxable value limitation on eligible property application. Tex. Gov’t Code Sections 551.071, 551.129. Deliberate commercial or financial information received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Section 551.087.
 
XIX. Board will discuss, consider and take possible action to approve engagement agreement with Moak Casey as financial consultant related to application on taxable value limitation on eligible property.
 
XX. Board will discuss, consider and take possible action to approve engagement agreement with Walsh Gallegos Kyle Robinson & De Los Santos, P.C.  as legal counsel related to application on taxable value limitation on eligible property.
