I move that the Board of Education approve the June 8, 2026, Special Board of Education Meeting agenda as published. This motion, made by Gina Knapp and seconded by Jodie Dietz, Carried.

B. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
Description:
Executive Sessions are conducted in accordance with Kansas law (K.S.A. 75-4319).  No binding action shall be taken during an executive session; however, action may be considered when board members return to the open session.

B.1. Enter into Executive Session. 
Description:
Discussion during the executive session meeting shall be limited to K.S.A. 75-4319(6) for the preliminary discussion of the acquisition of real property.
Action(s):
Motion Carried:
I move that the Board of Education recess into executive session with the Superintendent and other administrators invited by the Board for the preliminary discussion of the acquisition of real property, as permitted pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(6). The Board will resume open session in this room at 5:15 p.m. This motion, made by Dr David Benson and seconded by Jodie Dietz, Carried.

Description:
Discussion during the executive session meeting shall be limited to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2) for consultation with an attorney for the public body or agency, which would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship.

I move that the Board of Education recess into executive session with the Board's attorney, the Superintendent, and other administrators invited by the Board for consultation with an attorney for the Board, which would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship, pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2). The Board will resume open session in this room at 5:29 p.m. This motion, made by Jodie Dietz and seconded by Dr David Benson, Carried.
