The district received one bid from TrustPoint Insurance. The total base bid was for $453,165.58. However, TrustPoint provided a few quote options for the Board to consider.  

I recommend the Board consider the following options:
  • Schedule 4: Vehicle/Automobile - Quote Option: Increase Comprehensive/Collision Deductibles to $3,000, subtract $2,837 from base bid.
  • Schedule 6: Boiler and Machinery/"Equipment Breakdown" — Quote Option: Delete Equipment Breakdown from Property and self-insure, subtract $6,456 from base bid.
If the Board agrees to the two recommendations, the base bid will be reduced by $9,293, for a total bid of $443,872.58.
