Description:
Each trustee will ask two questions. Candidates will alternate who answers each question first. 

After all the questions are answered, the Board will deliberate in OPEN session. 

The chair will call for nominations. The chair will ask for any other nominations. If none. By first nomination, the Clerk will take a roll call vote. The first to get a majority will be appointed. 

The chair will congratulate the applicant and let them know that the Clerk will be in contact with them for onboarding purposes and they will be sworn in at the May 12th Board meeting.
