WHEREAS, the School Board is grateful for the high level of service provided by School District employees, and

WHEREAS, a sizable number of persons have continued their service to the District for a minimum of ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, or thirty years, and

WHEREAS, the School District has benefited significantly from the skill, interest, and loyalty of such employees;

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the School Board of Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District 916 extend its sincerest gratitude for ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, or thirty years of continuous service to the District.

The development of Intermediate District 916’s annual Strategic Actions is an integral part of our continuous planning, implementation, and monitoring cycle. Annual benchmarks are informed by stakeholder surveys, environmental scans, and data analysis to ensure a comprehensive and balanced perspective. The resulting draft of the 2026-2027 Strategic Actions framework -including graphics, anchors, and benchmarks- reflects the collective aspirations of our district, aligns with our commitment to educational excellence, and ensures compliance with Minnesota statutory requirements, including Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness standards.

This agreement is between Northeast Metro 916 and Spring Lake Park School District to provide educational services, on behalf of the Spring Lake Park School District, for those students who are enrolled at Avanti Center residential treatment program.

This agreement between Northeast Metro 916 and Aris Behavioral Health, LLC is for the purpose of providing regular and special education or tutoring services to eligible adolescent clients being served by Aris Behavioral Health, LLC.  Aris is located in Woodbury.

This contract is between Northeast Metro 916 and the City of Fridley, in which the Fridley Police Department provides a full-time School Resource Office (SRO) at Metro Heights Academy.

  1. The recommendation is, the School Board approve a two-year agreement for the Fridley Police Department to provide a full-time School Resource Officer (SRO) at Metro Heights Academy from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 in the amount of $394,700.

WHEREAS, __________ is a probationary teacher in Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916,

BE IT RESOLVED, by the School Board of Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916, that pursuant to M.S. 122A.40,  the teaching contract of __________, a probationary teacher in Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916, is hereby terminated at the end of the working day on June 30, 2026.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that written notice be sent to said teacher regarding termination and nonrenewal of their contract as provided by law, and that said notice shall be in substantially the attached form.
