RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF CERTAIN OUTSTANDING OBLIGATIONS DESIGNATED AS “THROCKMORTON COLLEGIATE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2021” AND “THROCKMORTON COLLEGIATE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2022”; AND DIRECTING THAT A DISTRICT DESIGNEE, EFFECTUATE THE REDEMPTION OF THESE OBLIGATIONS; AND AUTHORIZING OTHER AGREEMENTS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO |
