• College Property: The surface estate only in and to a 15.00-acre tract of land composed of a 1.69-acre tract out of a called 20-acre parent tract, as described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 1090, Page 61 of the Official Public Records of Hutchinson County, Texas, and a 13.31-acre tract out of a called 23.28-acre parent tract, as described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 1166, Page 175 of the Official Public Records of Hutchinson County, Texas, situated in the North One-Half of Section 24, Block Y, Arnold & Barrett Survey, Abstract No. 675, Hutchinson County, Texas.

Consider and take possible action regarding a Resolution declaring the property surplus and authorizing the donation and conveyance of certain real property owned by Frank Phillips College to Borger Independent School District pursuant to Texas Local Government Code § 272.001 for the operation of a public childcare facility, including approval of a Real Estate Donation Agreement, Special Warranty Deed, and related Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Borger Independent School District with delegated authority to effectuate the conveyance for the property more fully described as: All of Lots Numbered Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), in Block Number Two (2), ISOM Addition, Unit Three (3), an Addition to the City of Borger, Hutchinson County, Texas, according to the duly recorded map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the County Clerk of Hutchinson County, Texas, recorded in Volume 2, Page 122, Plat Records of Hutchinson County, Texas.
