Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board resolution authorizing the District's purchase of a tract of real property with improvements located in the town of Paducah, Cottle County, Texas and to authorize the Board president and/or Superintendent to execute the contract to purchase such real property and to take any and all action necessary to negotiate, prepare, execute and file all documents necessary to effectuate the consummation of the conveyance, titling, recordation, and closing of the property.
