IX. CLOSED SESSION: 
The Board of Trustees will convene in closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, et seq., for possible discussion of the following:

  • Gov’t Code § 551.072 — Real Property
    (Facility Report)

The Board may also go into closed session regarding any other item on the agenda if the Board determines that a closed session is necessary and permitted under Chapter 551, Subtitle A, Title 5 of the Texas Government Code.

X. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: 
The Pleasanton ISD Board of Trustees may take appropriate action regarding real property; the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee, as authorized under the Texas Open Meetings Act.
