Description:
Items appearing on the Consent Agenda are routine in nature and may be dealt with using a single motion, second and affirmative vote. At the request of any Board Member(s) any item can be pulled from the Consent Agenda and moved to the regular agenda for the Board’s consideration as a single item.

11) Review Investment Policy
Description:
This is an annual review of these policies.  Basically we can only invest in CD's or "pool" accounts.  No action is needed and questions can be answered if needed.

12) Consider/Approve re-allocation of $25 employee supplemental pay for December. 
Description:
Every December, the school district pays each employee $100 for supplemental pay.  Along with this, the school district has always included a $25 gift card as well.  Gift cards and school districts do not work well together.  I am asking instead of a $25 gift card, to simply include this $25 with the $100 supplemental pay, for a total of $125 for each employee.  The total cost to the school district will still be the same amount.

Description:
Board appreciation dinner is scheduled for  Monday, January 14, 2019, at 6:00, in the cafeteria. Board meeting will start at 7:00. 
Dinner is for you, your spouse and children. 
Please come prepared to let us know the number from your family who will be attending the dinner.
