Adjournment to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section:

            § 551.071        Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the
                                    District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the
                                    attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional
                                    Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the
                                    Texas Local Government Code.
            § 551.074        Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for the purpose of
                                    considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties,
                                    discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or
                                    charges against a public officer or employee.
        
            1.  Discussion of the Board regarding the Superintendent search;
            2.  Discussion of the Board to consider timeline of search; and
            3.  Discussion of the Board to consider a profile of the Superintendent.

The Board of Trustees will reconvene in open session to take any final action, decision, or vote
on a matter deliberated in closed session.
