XI.A. Consider adopting the resolution for the property tax rate to be increased by the adoption of a tax rate of $1.28301, establishing a Maintenance and Operations tax rate of $0.86870, and a Debt Service tax rate of $0.41431, which is effectively a 1.00 percent increase in the tax rate.

XI.B. Consider designation of ten non-business days, as presented, to comply with Texas Public Information Act timelines.
