The Board will hear from those in the audience who have signed the roster to address the board regarding the 2026-2027 proposed budget this evening. The sign-in sheet for participation by patrons is provided at the boardroom entrance. The Board President or Secretary will ask the individuals to speak in the order in which they signed. Each will be limited to no more than three minutes.
