EXECUTIVE SESSION
NOTICE TO MEDIA: (4) Representatives of the news media shall not be allowed to attend executive sessions pertaining to ORS 192.660(2)(d); ORS 332.061(1)(a); 332.061(1)(b); and ORS 192.660(2)(h) if the litigation pertains to the news media organization. Representatives of the news media who are permitted to attend executive sessions pertaining to other matters are specifically directed not to report on, or otherwise disclose, any of the deliberations or anything said about these subjects during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. |
