The purpose of the Public Comment is to provide an opportunity for citizens to address the Centennial School Board on an item included in the school board meeting agenda. Citizens who would like to address the board on a topic on the meeting agenda may email Joy Mouch, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at jmouch@isd12.org by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  Please include your full name, address, the agenda item you wish to speak to and your question or comment on the agenda item in the email.  Only those persons who have sent a request to address the board prior to 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be allowed to speak during Public Comment.

Protocol
  • Total time allotted for Public Comment is 15 minutes.
  • Each individual will be allowed to speak a maximum of 3 minutes.
  • If more than one person is addressing the same topic, the School Board requests one spokesperson to speak on behalf of the group.
  • An individual speaker should not restate information from previous speakers.
