Description:

Live Public Testimony: The Budget Committee welcomes public comments from up to 10 people. You will be invited to speak for up to 2 minutes each. To request to speak in-person, fill out and submit a speaker card in the lobby before the meeting begins. To request to speak virtually, submit a request via the form on the District's budget website by noon on the day of the budget meeting.

Selection of Speakers: If the Committee receives more than 10 requests to comment, priority will be given to students, district residents and speakers who have not already provided public comment during a recent budget meeting. Speakers will be selected based on topic variety and no consideration will be given to the speaker's stance on a particular issue.

Written Public Testimony: The Committee accepts written public comments via an electronic form on the district’s website. The comment window opens on Friday at noon prior to the budget meeting and closes at noon the day of the budget meeting.
