Public Comment: Each speaker will have up to three minutes to address the council. Comments should remain respectful, focused on health-related topics, and refrain from discussing individual students or staff members to protect privacy. If there are more than 5 visitors to speak, time will be reduced to 2 minutes per person. Time for public comment will be limited to 15 minutes. |
