The financial audit will encompass the basic financial statements for government-wide and fund financial statements, required supplementary information, and other schedules for the DISD for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026.

The donation of marquees to the City of Donna Public Works Department will be utilized to improve communication with the residents across the City of Donna.

Donna ISD was awarded federal funding through the COPS School Violence Prevention Program (SVPP) to enhance safety and security across district facilities.  As part of this initiative, the district is implementing a security camera system at Bennie La Prade Stadium, a high-capacity venue that hosts athletic events, graduations, and community activities with large attendance.

Donna ISD issued out a Request for Proposals for Lawn Care Services for Ochoa, Stainke, Caceres and Rivas Elementary and Solis Middle School.  With this service it will give DISD's maintenance department free time to handle all other district needs.  Cost is estimated to exceed $50,000.00.

Behavioral Health Solutions of South Texas (BHSST) Valley Salud Program provides prevention services to youth ages 9–17 and young adults ages 18–25 who have a history of trauma, use of substances. The Prevention Program will collaborate with Donna ISD to increase the effectiveness and visibility of prevention efforts focusing on alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use and behavioral concerns.

ProCare Health Services LLC will vaccinate any Donna ISD student needed vaccinations.

Mesquite Treatment Center, LLC provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment services to Donna ISD students at no charge to Donna ISD with parental consultation consent.

Free neffy (Epinephrine Nasal Spray) for the neffyinSchools Program will be made available by ARS Pharmaceutical Operations, Inc. and be distributed through School Health Corporation to Donna ISD.

Interlocal Agreement between South Texas College and Donna ISD for the 2026-2027 Dual Credit Program.  STC is committed to serving the students and communities of South Texas through collaborative work with school districts in the College's service area.

The renewal of the ClassKick instructional platform will provide continued support for Emergent Bilingual students through TELPAS-aligned instructional practice in reading, writing, listening, and speaking across all core content areas. The platform allows teachers to monitor student responses in real time, provide immediate feedback, and differentiate instruction to support English language acquisition and academic vocabulary development aligned to the English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS). Continued access to this resource supports district efforts to strengthen language proficiency outcomes and academic achievement for Emergent Bilingual students.

Frontline Education Program Management system streamlines student program information form mulitplie district programs including Section 504, MTSS, Bilingual/ESL and Special Education with student compliance records as per program and committee requirements.

Donna ISD published a request for proposals for Professional Consultant Services.  Donna ISD would like to approve multiple vendors to give the district a broad range of professional consultant services. The awarded contract is for one (1) year, school year 2026–2027 with the option to extend for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments.

The School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) serves in an advisory role to the district regarding coordinated school health programming and its impact on student health and learning.

The conference will provide GEAR UP best practices and program alignment for UTRGV GEAR UP College Bound Career Linked student cohort.
