For .0274 Acre - To consider and act upon a resolution to determine a public use, need, and necessity for acquisition of fee simple property for a roadway to property owned by Gunter ISD will build a transportation or other Gunter ISD facility, being a portion of a tract of land conveyed to Summerwalk Holdings, LLC, as recorded in volume 5501, Page 532, Official Public Records of Grayson County, Texas, generally located in the Henry Hanning Survey, Abstract No.519, in Grayson County, Texas, as described in the attached Exhibit A; for public use of construction, reconstruction, using, maintaining, and operating a roadway to property owned by Gunter ISD on which Gunter ISD will build a transportation facility or other Gunter ISD facility; authorizing the Superintendent and Gunter ISD attorneys to file proceedings in eminent domain to condemn the needed real property for public use, if necessary; amd providing an effective date.
