15.A. Resolution 2026-26, Appointing the Township Manager, H. Scott Russell, as the Open Records Officer for West Hanover Township. (Action Item)
15.B. Alexander & Janelle King Low, 7395 Jonestown Road, looking for direction on rezoning their property from R-2 Medium Density Residential to NMU Neighborhood Mixed Use.
**This is the first time we have done this on the agenda. Mike wanted residents to have the opportunity to present their request to the board to see if the board would entertain their rezoning request before they take it before the Planning Commission and have to pay the $1,000 fee.
15.C. Hiring Linda Burigana as the full-time receptionist, to start on 3/23/26. (Action Item)
15.D. Purchase and installation of 260 cubic yards of Engineered Wood Fiber (wood carpet) for all play sites in the parks from River Valley Landscapes (PA Costars vendor) in the amount of $15,600.00. The funds will come from the Parks Repair and Maintenance budget line. (Action Item)
15.E. Andy Warntz, Republic Services, presentation on new, smaller trash/recycling containers offered at a reduced price.
