Limited Public Forum - Any individual desiring to address the Board shall complete a form (Request to Address Board) and give this form to the Superintendent prior to the start of the Board meeting. Requests to Address the Board must relate to school district operations. The Public Comment is not a forum for discussions related to personnel issues, pending litigation, or individually identified students. Personal attacks upon Board members, staff personnel, or other persons in attendance or absent by individuals who address the Board are discouraged. Presenters are cautioned that statements or representations concerning others that convey an unjustly unfavorable impression may subject the presenter to civil action for defamation.

The Board of Education will adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss the disposal of real property belonging to the School District and discussion of pricing for sale and exchange of other considerations, and provide direction to the Superintendent for same pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(8) of the Open Meetings Act. No action will be taken and only the items listed will be discussed.
