Description:

The Board will consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent to solicit bids for the sale of a 2002 GMC Special Education Lift Bus. The vehicle is no longer needed for district operations and will be sold "as is" to the highest responsible bidder, in accordance with district policy and applicable state law.

Administration recommends establishing a minimum bid, advertising the sale publicly, and authorizing the Superintendent to accept the best value bid and execute all necessary documents to complete the transaction.
