Keri Hensley made a motion to name Dr. Ann Dixon Interim Superintendent effective January 1, 2026, contingent upon successful negotiation of an agreement between Dr. Dixon and Fredericksburg ISD; I further move to authorize the Board President and legal counsel to negotiate such an agreement as discussed in closed session. Taylor Ward seconded the motion.
