Mrs. Krafft thanked the board for supporting the FFA. She also shared that her Food Science class asked to make Dip-N-Dots and she agreed. It was a fun project.

Technology Update
Discussion:
Mr. Tharman updated the board on the status of the Chrome Books. He also shared that a cheaper product, for the same money, could be purchased elsewhere. Mr. Tharman decided to wait for the higher quality product, since the students have been able to get by with what we currently have.

Track Season
Discussion:
Mr. Tharman shared that the summer windstorms did a lot of damage to the mat cover. He shared information from Mr. Orme on the cost of a new mat versus replacing the cover. Mr. Tharman shared that maybe we just get a new mat cover due to cost. Another thing we may look at getting is a replacement discus net. Mr. Tharman will get some bids for the mat cover once he has measurements.

Schedule Building Walk Throughs
Discussion:
Last year the walk around was done on the same day as the Spelling Bee. At this time, it is still on the calendar. Mr. Whitney asked if the teachers could complete a form that would help expidite the walk through. The board decided to have it on January 20, 2021, starting at 8:00 a.m.

Superintendent / 9-12 Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr.Tharman shared that they will begin recording for the Christmas program tomorrow. The blood drive has been canceled. Miss Reeves has been reviewing past ACT test scores. She has scheduled the sophomores for a pre test to prep them. FFA has a Christmas party on Thursday. Home basketball game on Friday. Board meeting on January 11th. Mrs. Knapp has been working on the the IDEA Maintenance of Effort. It is another state report. Negotiation training will be coming along shortly.

K-8 Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Gebhard shared every year he goes back and looks at what has been going on. He feels bad that he doesn't have a lot to share. Basketball is going well. The Christmas program will be ready to go on the 21st. All but five students met their goal and they will get to watch a movie. They will be setting up the community building for the movie. Just wrapping things up. Have one student in grade school that is in quarantine.
