1. Closed Session under Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E

1.A. Consultation with District counsel on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code.

1.B. Deliberation on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property when deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.

1.C. Deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.

1.D. Deliberation on a matter regarding a public school student when personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation pursuant to Section 551.0821 of the Texas Government Code.
