4.A. Consider approving the call for Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 for the following purposes:
A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body regarding Open Meeting Law Discussion. All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, or pursuant to a specific statutory exception, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during the Executive Session. Failure to comply is a violation of A.R.S. 38-431.03. Recordings of Executive Sessions are not made for the public. The only record of these sessions is printed minutes, stored securely in the Superintendent's office. If any member is recording, these recorded minutes must be stored securely in the same location as the printed minutes. Recordings and printed minutes are not available for public review. |
