2. Topic Description - I would like to discuss the evolution of our GLDA meetings to become more building centered based on the data. We have learned how to identify students who need intervention and I think, maybe this is just for me, that we can assign students into interventions during a regular team meeting. We could then use the GLDA time to look closely at the building/grade level data and make decisions on changing our core instruction to reflect our deficits. This change can put more of the load on the building leaders and allow the district to support our needs.
