VI. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:  This is the time that the public may speak to the Governing Board regarding issues within the jurisdiction of the Governing Board subject to reasonable time, space, and manner restrictions as the Governing Board may establish.  At the conclusion of the Call to the Public, individual members of the Governing Board may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. CONSENT AGENDA:  Review, Discussion, and Possible Action to Approve the Consent Agenda.  (Approval of routine warrants, purchase orders, travel claims, employee leave and transfer requests, and employee resignations.  Documentation concerning the matters on the Consent Agenda may be reviewed at the District Office.  Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed as a regular agenda item, upon the request of any Board members.)

VII.E. Out-of-state/Overnight travel requests:

1.  Discussion and possible action to approve out-of-state travel for Superintendent Leandra Thomas to attend the 2026 Native American Suicide Prevention & Awareness Conference from July 7-10, 2026 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
2.  Discussion and possible action to approve out-of-state travel for Layncon Hubbard, Teacher to attend the SPARK Elementary Institute Conference from July 6-9, 2026 in Sand Diego, California.

Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of a 3-year Central Email Advanced, Sophos MDR Essentials License for Users and Server which is a security and threat response subscription of a 36-month consolidated renewal under the state contract #CTR075949 for the amount of $295,053.75 to begin in SY’2026-2027.

IX.D. Discussion and possible action to accept the FY’2024-2025 Single Audit Reports and USFR Compliance Questionnaire.

IX.E. Discussion and possible action to approve the disposal of district property pursuant to the Arizona Administrative Code R7-2-1131 Material Management and Disposition.

IX.F. Discussion and possible action to approve a memorandum of agreement between Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. and Ganado Unified School District for the purpose of providing dental services to students effective May 8, 2026 to September 30, 2029.
