1. CALL TO ORDER

3. DELIBERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

3.A. Enter into a campus charter performance contract with Plemons-Stinnett- Phillips Consolidated Independent School District (PSP CISD) to hold a campus charter in accordance with the Texas Education Code Chapter 12, Subchapter C, and to operate said charter campus;
|
|
3.B. To the extent permissible by applicable law, delegate monitoring and oversight authority over said PSP CISD charter campus to a three-member School Partnership Oversight Committee;
|
|
3.C. Appoint volunteer members (Brandy Self, Laura Conway, and Krista Morrison) to the School Partnership Oversight Committee for terms defined by the Region 16 ESC Board;
|
|
3.D. Delegate to the Executive Director the authority to execute said PSP CISD campus charter performance contract and any and all other documents necessary to enter into the performance contract; and
|
|
3.E. Delegate to the Executive Director the authority to take any and all other action necessary to accomplish the obligations and responsibilities set forth in the PSP CISD campus Charter performance contract.
