V.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, consult with Board counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to three parent discipline appeals.
V.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.082 and 551.0821, deliberate on three parent discipline appeals from Wharton High School incident
V.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Secion 551.074, consider and deliberate employment, reassignment, discipline or dismissal of personnel
VI. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION for consideration of and possible action on matters discussed in Closed Session.
VI.A. Conduct three parent discipline appeal hearings from Wharton High School incident
VI.B. Consider and take possible action regarding three discipline appeal hearings from Wharton High School incident
