1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM

2. The subjects to be discussed or considered upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice.
The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session with Region 5 Representative(s) to interview second round candidates and deliberate on the selection of a lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The Board will deliberate in closed (executive) session, as permitted by § 551.074(a)(1), Tex.
Gov’t Code. The Board may, or may not, take action at this Special Meeting
to name a lone finalist. If it does take such action, it will do so in open
(public) session, according to law.
