II.A. Consideration and Possible Action to Approve a Contract with Gerald Nunn Electric for the Replacement of the Lights at Stampede Stadium

Description:
As you are aware, a power surge caused 18 lights to fail on the stadium lighting at Stampede Stadium. Gerald Nunn Electric will replace all the current fixtures with new LED fixtures that include surge protection and lightning protection. The LED lights have a 7-year warranty and an expected life of 153,000 hours.
