Delegation of Authority to Appoint and Approve Administration Contracts: Consideration and approval to delegate authority to the Superintendent to appoint and approve contracts of employment for campus principals and district administrators at the director level and above, for the 2026-27 school year through August 11, 2026.

Library Book Purchase Programs Update: Consideration and approval of the purchase of new library materials that were posted for public review beginning March 2026.
 

Memorandum of Understanding for Partnership with BakerRipley: Consideration and approval of key components of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for BakerRipley Head Start Prekindergarten 3 (PK3) program and Fort Bend ISD (FBISD).
 

2026-2027 TEKS Certification form and survey to TEA: Consideration and approval of the 2026-2027 TEKS Certification form and survey to TEA. 
 

Consideration and approval of proposed expenses that exceed $50,000: Specifically for:

GPS Fleet Management System for Yellow and White Fleet Operations: Consideration and approval for the purchase of global positioning system (GPS) for the District fleet from Zonar Systems, Inc. under a cooperative contract with Sourcewell in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreement through April 2031.
 

Handheld Two-Way Radios, Equipment and Related Items and Services: Consideration and approval for the purchase of handheld two-way radios, equipment and related items and services from H5205 Limited Partnership (HCI) and Northwest Communications Inc through various cooperative contracts in an amount not-to-exceed $865,200 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreements through April 2031.
 

Digital Radios, Airtime, Equipment, and Related Items: Consideration and approval for the purchase of digital radios, airtime services, equipment, and related items from Northwest Communications in an amount not to exceed $700,000 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreement through April 2031.
 

Construction Services Agreement for Field House & Athletics Renovations (BP012): Consideration and approval of a Construction Services Agreement with Bass Construction Company, Inc. for Field House & Athletics Renovations (BP012) at multiple campuses, for a not-to-exceed amount of $23,774,000, and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute or terminate the agreements.
 

Construction Services Agreement for HVAC – MEP West Zone 3 (BP048): Consideration and Approval of a Construction Services Agreement with M Scott Construction, Inc. for HVAC – MEP West Zone 3 (BP048), for a not-to-exceed amount of $7,002,610.00 and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute or terminate the agreements.
 

Clinic Supplies, Equipment, and Related Items (Catalog):  Consideration and approval for the purchase of Clinic Supplies, Equipment, and Related Items from multiple vendors in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreements through April 2031.
 

Physical Education (PE) Uniforms, Spirit Wear Apparel, and Related Items: Consideration and approval for the purchase of Physical Education (PE) Uniforms, Spirit Wear Apparel, and Related Items from multiple vendors in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreements through April 2031.
 

Police Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS):  Consideration and approval for the purchase of Police Report Management System and Dispatch CAD from Versaterm Public Safety US, Inc. dba Integrated Computer Systems under a cooperative contract with Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) in an amount not to exceed $815,650 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreement through April 2031.
