Description:
The Kodiak Island Borough Municipal Election was held on October 6, 2025. The election results were ratified and certified at the October 16, 2025, Assembly regular meeting. The presiding officer should administer the Oath of Office to re-elected Board member Jim Pryor.

3.e. Reorganization of the Board
Description:
As per Board Bylaw 9120, Officers, the Board elects a president, vice president, clerk, and treasurer within 7 days after the certification of election results. The Borough Assembly passed a resolution of the Borough government ratifying and certifying the election on October 16, 2025. Election of officers will proceed in the following order: President, Vice President, Clerk, and Treasurer. At the conclusion of the School Board reorganization, the newly elected Board President will preside over the remainder of the meeting. |

The grant is designed to address a specific piece of the student success puzzle: Alaska Family Engagement Center focuses on partnering with parents and caregivers as essential allies in student learning. AASB’s goal is to share: • How the grant is implemented in the district.

Description:
BP 3460 The Superintendent or designee shall keep the School Board informed about the District's financial condition. The Board shall review the District's financial condition monthly, through the monthly Report of Revenues and Expenditures, to determine whether the district will be able to meet its financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

8.e. Asset Sale: KHS Construction Banya
Description:
Per BP 3270 and AR 3270, we are requesting Board approval to sell the KHS CONSTRUCTION BANYA (SY 25 project) as outlined in Board Policy and Administrative Regulations. A full count of receipts for the construction of said banya is $14,257.95. If Board approval is granted, we will sell the banya through the Public Silent Bid process as outlined in the AR, and will open the bid at $15,000.
