Deliberation regarding the value and proposed sale of all or a portion of the District’s approximately 100-acre tract north of La Union Elementary School, and consultation with legal counsel regarding related title matters and legal requirements, pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.072

Discuss, consider, and take possible action to approve a resolution authorizing the initiation of the sale process for all or a portion of the District’s approximately 100-acre tract north of La Union Elementary School, and authorizing the Superintendent to undertake necessary surveys, appraisals, notices, bidding procedures, and related activities, subject to final Board approval of the proposed sale
