7. Discuss and take action on a Variance Request for property out of the Charlie Tomek Estate located at 2114 FM 2269, Cameron, Texas.

8. Discuss and take action to change the Plat Fees as charged by the Milam County Clerk's Office as per the current Subdivision Regulations, from $55.00 to $100.00 per plat, to be effective January 1st, 2026.

9. Review, discuss, and take action on awarding the bid in regard to the MIT-MOD Grant from the bids received on 15 December 2025.

|
10. Review, discuss, and take action on the final plat in regard to the Arroyo Farms Subdivision.

11. Discuss and take action on a final plat for the Ben Arnold Ranch Lot 8 replat.
|

12. Discuss and take action on the selection of three individuals to serve on the Milam County ESD No. 1 Board of Directors.

13. Discuss and take action to approve the sale of a 1996 International Water Truck from the Precinct 4 Road and Bridge Department to the City of Thorndale, Texas for $4,500.00.

14. Discuss and take action to open the bids for Road and Bridge Materials.

15. Discuss and take action on the selection of a realtor to assist the Jail Expansion Committee to locate property for the county to purchase in the future.

16. Discuss and take action on a one-year extension as provided for in the original abatement for the San Gabriel Solar LLC.

17. Discuss and take action to approve the Line-Item Adjustments to the 2025 Budget.

18. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
