3. Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget amendments.

BA #2627-10 Discussion and possible action to approve the review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $36,053 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees discretionary funds.

BA #2627-11 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $199,526 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.

BA #2627-12 Discussion and possible action to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $250,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment and data cabling for the Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School construction project.

BA #2627-13 Discussion and possible action to approve the Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $500,000 to appropriate expenditures for school cafeteria steamers and food kitchen consultant.

4. Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation or selection for the following bids, proposals, or qualifications. Purchases shall be made from appropriations in the adopted/amended budget.

• 4A. Renewal of RFP 25-019: Sanitation Services. Estimated expenditures of $255,000.
• 4B. Region One Child Nutrition Program - South Texas Co-Op (CNP-STC) Contract RFP 23-0136: Fresh Produce. Estimated expenditures of $545,000.
• 4C. RFP 26-015: Remediation Services. Estimated expenditures of $100,000.
• 4D. Choice Partners Co-Op Contract 23/019TP-03: Cafeteria Furniture. Estimated expenditures of $137,778.
• 4E. Multiple Cooperative Contracts: Computers, Equipment, Supplies, Peripherals and Technical Services. Estimated expenditures of $1,800,000.

5. Discussion and possible action on revisions to CW (LOCAL) Policy and CW Exhibit.

11. Discussion and presentation on the Intruder Detection Audit (IDA) report findings. Possible closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076.

12. Discussion and possible action as to update on District safety matters, including discussion with legal counsel. Possible closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.076, and 551.089.

13. Discussion and possible action to conduct the summative evaluation of the Superintendent.

15. Discussion and possible action pursuant to Board Policy BDD (legal/Local) to direct Kazen, Meurer & Perez, LLP to retain legal counsel to gather information regarding legal services obtained or purportedly obtained on behalf of the District by the Superintendent, or other District personnel, from January 1, 2026 through September 17, 2026.  Possible Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 and 551.074.
