2. Discussion and possible action regarding two (2) Level 3 hearings for two (2) independent grievances of Valentin Ruiz, including discussion with legal counsel regarding related legal issues. The two (2) grievances of Valentin Ruiz will be held consecutively. Possible Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071(1) and (2); 551.074; and, 551.082(a)(2).
