BA #2526-54 Discussion and possible action to approve the Capital Projects Fund (616) increase by $406,165; the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) increase by $70,496; the 2022 EDA Bond Series Fund (693) increase by $170,396; to adjust interest revenues and expenditures based on fiscal year end projections.
• 3C. BA #2526-55 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $3,400,000 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.

7. Discussion and possible action to approve the change order for the RFCSP #2025-002 Installation of Wrought Iron and Chain Link Fence project for Antonio M. Bruni Elementary School for an additional 6 days from June 22  to  June 28, 2026, final completion due to severe weather and a broken gas line. 

8. Discussion and possible action to approve the renewal of non-Chapter 21 administrator and special assignment one-year non-certified contracts for the 2026-2027 school year as recommended by the Superintendent. Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074(a)(1).

 

9. Discussion and possible action on the duties and responsibilities of the Internal Auditor as assigned by the Board of Trustees, including the potential assignment of auditing duties.  Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (a)(1).
