• 4C. RFP 26-001: Property and Casualty Insurance. Estimated expenditures of $1,816,586.
• 4D. RFP 25-014: Health Insurance Consultants.  Estimated expenditures of $275,000.
• 4E. RFQ 2025-008: Professional Architectural Services.
• 4F. Buyboard 730-24: Polymer Injection Products - Foundation and Pavement Lifting.  Estimated expenditures of $100,000.
• 4G. Multiple Purchasing Cooperatives: Office, Library, Instructional and Cafeteria Furniture.  Estimated expenditures of $500,000.
• 4H. RFP 25-028: Commercial Pool Supplies and Services. Estimated expenditures of $105,000.

6. Discussion and presentation on the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and PILLAR.

7. Discussion and presentation on the Joint Use Agreement between the City of Laredo and Laredo ISD for the use of athletic facilities and recreational/playground areas.
 

8. Discussion and presentation on the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and the Daphne Art Foundation provide a no-cost, TEKS-aligned, after-school arts program at select elementary campuses.
